I've been summoned to share some pictures. Here's a few loads Ive done on my weird Frankenstein of a truck

 

You always have nice stone, are you preferred transport, or is it your stone yard? Not trying to be nosy, just load after load of really nice stuff

 

Well….I did it.
Within sight of my delivery, and had to cross a train track.
Knocked the drain plug out of the passengers side fuel tank.
I jammed a rag in the hole, then went back and found the plug. Got the plug threaded in, but lost probably 15 gallons so they had to bring out a spill clean up crew.

$500.
Could’ve been worse…
Now I gotta fix the tank(s).

 

That sucks but as you said it could have been a lot worse.
Nobody hurt you didn't loose much fuel. The 500 is a bummer but cheap compared to loosing all the fuel in the tank . I've helped out on some truck wrecks where there was enough fuel lost to get into a stream. Cost is unbelievable.

Before I switched to natural gas, my old oil tank leaked a little in my basement…
The oil company started telling me horror stories about how Encon could come in and make me dig out my whole basement. Fortunately for me that didn’t happen…
