They do raises and Karla the safety director has a best of best program not advertised and they truly have inhouse pay raises based on merit and performance. These are not advertised but earned with work and tenure. So those who doubt this cause they are lookers and not doers that's ok but if you're a doer call Karla and ask to validate this statement and report back....
hotrod1653, bryan21384 and fcfightermma Thank this. -
Holland is great company, but the math doesn't lie.
0.59 X 3000 = $1,770 per week
1770 X 52 = $92,040 per year
As far as your "doers" and "best of the best program", what exactly more does Holland want from their drivers who run forced dispatch of 2800-3100 miles per week and only get 4 days off per month? What more can these drivers possibly do, are they supposed to literally never go home or something?trucker-chase, Knucklehead, OlegMel and 1 other person Thank this. -
IOW they want to drive your dickie-doo in the dirt. Try calling a spade a spade... if you don't give someone a blowjob, you'll be making about 80k or less. Anyone can say a 10-20 year driver will make 100k.But like BeHereNow97 stated, if you're not "best of the best"... if you go home for any length of time, you won't make the big bank. Work harder, not smarter. I may be retired, but if I were driving again, I would still not want to be the richest guy in the graveyard.hope not dumb twucker, JohnBoy, Bro_Dave and 1 other person Thank this.

BeHereNow97 doesnt know his head from the hole in his ###. Spends all his time talking about companies he's never worked for instead of ones he has.drvrtech77 and Crusader66 Thank this.

I hope so. There seems to be a pattern of Holland drivers disappearing from this website. Makes me hesitant to consider this company for future employment. Everyone says great things about Holland yet you don't see a lot of those people still working there. Maybe some people have just moved on to local/regional, sure, but other companies that are talked about on these forums have drivers who have been there for years and years and Holland has never had that. I still think my theory of burnout could be true (as much as I don't want it to be).

Holland is just another mega. They are all about the same.
