    Minimal carbs. All the exercise with minimal carbs = lack of energy. Gotta build up slowly, but the weight comes off pretty fast. Didn't put a truck load on this last run, but we did run hard, pretty minimal exercise, I think three(3) good walks of four(4) or moar miles, but ate WAY, WAY too much pizza whilst we were out.
