This is correct. Was already done and Congress passed on it. It is legal and will stand no matter what the courts say at this point.

This is how the system is supposed to work. Congress can fix a problem with a court decision, and the president can sign off on it.

Congress has delegated tariff rate setting to the executive branch, which makes it legal.

This is factual; I didn't say Congress approved of them. They already delegated the power to the executive branch.
