Back in the day, there was a gal on the CB that would welcome you when you drove in and tell you be safe when you left that worked there.
I heard that they put a TA in that spot.

T/A seems to be lazy in general about keeping their fuel islands working. If there’s a Petro I always go there rather than TA if I can for fuel and free showers. They usually seem to be slightly better kept and have more parking.
