county clerk or city clerk of the court will be able to tell you by phone or email if the ticket puts points on your license or not. I would sure want to know if the ticket was mine.

The stupid community that has popped up around us here by the commiefornians and the nausiyorkers have decided to put up no thru trucks signs on every single county road in this area. They hired some criminals that pose as marshals to enforce it. Well after harassing every farmer and resident that has a truck around here. They would stop and run off local deliveries. Ticket locals driving to and from their property and working in their field's. One of them held up a mixer truck going to a pour for a house pad and would not let him move until he got a permit. Sat there all day in a Mexican stand off. Well the little city of Santa Clara due to their “Marshall's” had to purchase a brand new mixer for the rather large mixer outfit. That got them put on the county sheriffs list and the push back started hard. They are clowns and the signs basically mean nothing to the county officials now. Got stopped so many times I just keep going all the way to my gate before i stop for them now. They are that stupid.

Company said that they will pay it its not worth fighting and it 'shouldnt' affect my record. Court Clerk says otherwise.
Will be contacting a lawyer to hopefully fight this. -

Town has no real tax base to pay for it and the the long time residence are old school. It was funny at the next council meeting they had after the debacle. It was standing room only. Seemed all the locals came to chew butt. 70 year old woman yelled at marshall and told him common sense woulda let the truck go to the job site and unload and just work out the details with the company later.
MACK E-6 Thanks this. -
Final update.
Hired a Lawyer, ticket was dismissed.
The total amount I had to pay was less than what the ticket itself would have been.
It's true what they say, fight every ticket!
Thanks for the help everyone. -
Apart from fighting it in court which is the most expensive option unless you represent yourself, I'd actually try speaking to the local officer that wrote out the ticket or his superior, best speak to the person that wrote it, now this is where you'll need to be on your very best behaviour, be nice and calm as it will not end well with abusive language, simply ask him how your supposed to get to the pick up/ delivery point without using the road? Assuming it is the access road in then he/she should not be writing out a ticket. Depending on the officers reply you never know maybe they'll cancel the citation, if not then go to someone higher up. Also the company you work for should be looking after this matter perhaps they know someone in the police dept that will handle the issue and get it thrown out.
