Seems like a decent, well written rebuttal from the accused. There are two sides to every coin.
Perhaps now anyone researching companies can hear both sides and decide for themselves if it's the right fit for them.

She is not telling the truth if it matters. I did not make to same mistake three days in a row on logs. And you should know about submitting logs.SafetyPFS said: ↑@bondin
We appreciate your feedback but would like to clarify several key facts for transparency:
• On your very first load, you began driving and drove for over an hour, without completing a pre-trip inspection.
DOT doesn't specify an exact time limit for pre-trip inspections,
You later stated, “I was planning to do it when I stop later. I did not know I had to do it first thing in the morning.” This occurred three days in a row, despite reminders that a pre-trip inspection must be done before driving, per FMCSA
• Your logbooks were not properly updated for five consecutive days, having incorrect or missing shipping document details. Our team had to review and correct them daily to ensure DOT compliance.
They were repaired each day or info entered.

• Our safety department spent over 45 minutes assisting you in downloading the Trucker Tools tracking app, which was required by the broker, not by our company.
Is taking extra time to download an applcation a company violation?
• The incident that finally led to termination was when you left a shipper without notifying dispatch or sending the BOL, which caused major issues with the broker who had a tracker in their commodity. You were unreachable for over two hours and later disrespected staff by name calling during the call. Following this protocol is an industry standard and unfortunately something we had issues with on multiple occasions.
I was not told this was a policy on EVERY load!
• Fuel locations are assigned only to secure the best company fuel discounts—routes are not controlled or dictated.
Sent me about 10 miles off route to fuel-unpaid miles!
• You were classified as a 1099 independent contractor, not a W-2 employee, and you voluntarily applied to our company online after finding our application on Indeed. You filled out a short form, we reached out via email & then you filled out the full company application. You did not sign any W2 forms.
I am did not know what forms your shoved forward-thought they were w-2 by the way they looked.
• All company policies mentioned are standard in the trucking industry and focused on safety, compliance, and professionalism.
Professionalism is different than micro management.
Our team treated you with respect, provided a well-maintained truck, and offered full support throughout your short time. Prior to the incident that led to termination, you told our company that our support was excellent & that you would do your very best to stay within compliance. Unfortunately, due to repeated compliance issues and unprofessional conduct, we determined it was not a good long-term fit. We strive to be as helpful as possible and treat our drivers like family, which is why all of our drivers have been with us for years. But, unfortunately things just didn’t work out in our relation with one another. Wishing you all the best in your trucking journey.
You made things so they would not work out. You are overly-contolling!

Her side is one-sided. She is overly controlling and micro managing. Also her statements are to make me look like in the wrong. I can put up with a lot- but this was the worst micro managed company every and full of complaints all day. They do not work with you but against you. Alex in dispatch was the only one i liked. Your mistakes are always intention to her. She forgot to pay me my last paycheck also. Thank you.Lonesome and GoneButNotForgotten Thank this. -
@bondin
• Once again, drivers are required by FMCSA to complete a pre-trip inspection before each shift. This is standard law, not a company rule. If unsure, you can confirm it through a quick search or by asking any carrier of your choice.
Remember, some of these lapses affect your PSP record and our company’s safety score — which directly impacts load quality, pay, and the livelihood of other drivers.
• The reason for frequent contact with you was your repeated failure to follow instructions in many aspects. Our drivers can contradict your statements that we micromanage drivers + we have all the evidence in the world to prove that we in fact, do not micromanage drivers.
• Yes, you are correct, you were offered a load after delivery in Kentucky so you wouldn’t return empty with no pay. Despite your disrespectful tone toward our safety manager, we still tried to part on decent terms. You refused, we sent you to IL yard without pay as originally agreed. Simple as that.
• You failed to mention during your rant about escrow that no escrow was deducted from your first statement, and none will be from your final settlement. As covered in orientation, final settlements are issued 45 days after your last working day (9/26/25). We do not withhold pay or play games with driver earnings just because we feel like it.
• It’s unfortunate you feel this way, though not surprising given your statement during orientation that you leave reviews for businesses all the time. Majority which can be proven to be negative reviews. You could have reached out to us if you had any concerns/problems but instead you took your thoughts and feelings to this thread you created. What should we have done? Stayed quiet and let you bash us without sharing our side? We treated you with utmost respect & kept every word we gave you before you even arrived for orientation, we never once went back on our word to you, but carriers cannot tolerate just everything/anything. This a business and many people’s families are involved. If you don’t like a companies rules/policies, it’s best to just move onto a company you do like. Just as carrier has a right to let go of a driver who isn’t a good fit for their company. But, please remember that you will not find a single company who doesn’t have company policies in place, within the trucking industry or outside of it.
This will be our final communication on this matter. Your last settlement will be sent via email when due.
Thank you and take care.

"You must do PTI before driving after your 10 hour break and not while you are fueling or being loaded or unloading. This is a MUST! It cannot be less then 15 minutes or else they come down like a sledgehammer on a fly!"
I can't believe the drivers here didn't point this out. PRE-TRIP is done...wait for it...before driving. PRE...trip. Unless there's a legal reason to do so, you cannot drive unless it is done and logged BEFORE moving the rig. It's in the name!! Yet, you deride that as if it's unreasonable. Do you even know WHY it's done that way? I think that's obvious, but apparently not to some.
This alone (even without the employer's responses) told me you are a nightmare to employ.TB John, Voodoo Pyg, SafetyPFS and 1 other person Thank this. -
Why does the safety chick sound more reasonable than the OP?

For you and for the owner-safety lady. Her first signs of disrespect showed when she accused me of missing my flight to get up there when however it was late. Then she asked why I cancelled it when in fact the airline cancelled it. This was showing no respect before she knew the facts. Furthermore, they gave me no time to adjust to all the many policies that they had and they were not working with anyone but seemed to be working against you as stated previously. And, I did was the one who terminated my contract first as I told them I had had enough and get me a load back to Chicago. I have worked for several companies over the years but never ran into a company with so much micro-management as Python. My rant about escrow was actually a low-tone conversation about not liking it as companies hardly ever return it and was not aware they had it. Now, I suggest you go there and work for them for a week if you think I am not telling you the facts. Thank you. -
Clearly, this company is not for you. Perhaps they made it more difficult for you to work for them. Perhaps you were a difficult employee. Could be that both parties were to blame in some instances.bondin said: ↑For you and for the owner-safety lady. You said your piece about them, likewise a representative from the company stated their views about your time there.
It's time to move on now...SafetyPFS, TB John, Voodoo Pyg and 1 other person Thank this.
