Fwiw, the OD casper terminal had pretty low morale. Sounded like a pretty crappy management situation. IIRC they had a worker suicide a couple years ago.

Butte, Billings, Kalispell, and Missoula are great terminals to run out of for OD.

Remember that if you are working a side hustle, legally you have to log that too and still comply with DOT regs. A wreck and then an audit during discovery could put you in prison.

Not sure if you have them in your area but what about working for a driver agency for the time being on your off days . Only problem is most treat you as a contractor and you have to pay your own taxes. It would let you stay at your current job while filling your missing hrs until things get better
