Florida woman wins $11.3 Million after tripping over curb at Target

What a bunch of crap. Somebody needs to give me stupid amounts of money because I'm to dumb to watch where I am walking.

I got metal bolting my leg together too. Some days it aches, some days it don't. That's just the way life is.

 

And folks wonder why insurance is through the roof. Everything is not always someone’s fault, sometimes you just need to own a freaking mistake.
It’s the same mentality that has people wanting free money to stay at home

 

Gonna sue her landlord for stubbing her toe on the kitchen cabinets next? What an ####### of a human being

 

Just more proof that juries suck.

 

Soon, curbs will be a thing of the past. They are just too much of a liability.

I’m still at that age when I trip and fall I look around quick to see if anyone saw me, then get up and try to act like nothing happened.

 

I’m at the age where I check to make sure I’m wearing clothes halfway across the parking lot.

Actually happened a couple months ago. Halfway from the car and Walmart I got a sudden message from the other voice in my head. “Hey dude, did you even get dressed this morning “ Heart started instantly racing and look down to check, lol

Senior moment I guess!
Or the other instances of me forgetting where I am and where I’m going..

 

If you don’t trip on something you’ve walked over a million times before or hit your head on something you knew was there but forgot in the moment ( like a hood latch) or get a cut or knick that you later find when you realize you bled a little but don’t know exactly when you did it. Then you arn’t going about your day right. Lol.
