Looking for recommendations

Hey there fellow drivers!
I have 8 years of exp mostly reefer. I am based out of Cali and am now looking to go back OTR from a regional gig I have now.

I have a perfect MVR, nothing bad on my DAC within the last 8 years, no accidents, passed all inspections, nothing negative on my clearing house. So my background and record is clean as a whistle.

I have no endorsements and frankly I don't want to get any.
my only requirements are a day 1 rider policy for my wife. I also need her to be able to attend orientation with me and head out with me DAY 1. We are selling our home in CA and moving "Also in California" she works remotely and she wants to be with me from now on. We have no pets, no kids.

I want to make MINIMUM 1,700$ a week, home time doesn't matter, I can stay out all 52 weeks for all I care as long as I can get a few good resets in. We just want to work and travel.

I need a company that either has a lax idle policy or APU, no forced dispatch to NY "screw NY". has inverters, fridge and allows tv mounting.

I was thinking of Holland. Ship ex or Marten. What are your thoughts?? Let me know! I want a company who actually respects us drivers, im tired of the BS runarounds with recruiters so im coming to y'all.
