Caterpillar 3176b need help with fuel pedal

I have a 1996 kenworth with a 3176b(9CK20958), just a little project to tinker with, but I'm at a loss for getting a fuel pedal sensor.
I bought the truck and drove it around and everything has been working fine until recent, the original tps finally gave up, the signal wire broke inside the sensor itself.
The original was a 3E-7700 part number which apparently caterpillar no longer offers. I tried the replacement sensor 266-1466 and it does not work, even tried 204-7949 and same results. From what I understand the 3176b requires an analog output, and the new replacements offered are PWM outputs. I even triple checked the harness and everything on the truck side is good.
Does anyone know of a sensor that will work for me? I searched online and also tried to find older junk trucks to pull an old sensor from but no luck.
As of now my truck is just yard decoration

 

Unfortunately I dont think its seems anything listed as the replacement for 3e-7700 like the 266-1466 are incorrect output, even though, even on cats parts site when you type in 3E-7700, says its been replaced by 266-1466...Unfortunately doesnt work

 

Exactly just like its unplugged, had cat ET hooked up to the truck when I tried it and just kept saying invalid throttle position and of course it wasn't reading any moment on ET
