Federal Judge Awards Illegal Immigrant $145G Over Civil Rights Violation

Yeah see, a lot of us are whether we know it or not. So that argument jeep parroted never really works.

They can still kick them out of the state. Treat them like drug runners and take all the property they're found with. Cars, money, houses, whatever. They'll stay out.

 

That will just shift the problem from one state to another. IF an illegal is arrested, you can't deport them to the next state, and you can't hold them indefinitely, as the state will get sued, and the money to keep them will run out. The Feds will not do their part, and in the end, no one will get arrested for the sole purpose of being here illegal.

The Feds are going to do everything possible to tie up Az from enforcing any reform, including withholding funds.

 

I agree about the funding but one state is not responsible for any other state. They can throw illegals out. They can pass more laws to that effect if they need to. They can also pass state laws outlawing lawsuits by people who have no rights in this country anyway. In Arizona's case they can throw them right out of the country since they hold that border with Mexico.

Let the other states complain as much as they want. Maybe the feds will do something useful. Like die in a fire.

 

We both know that a liberal federal judge will place an injunction on AZ, and keep the enforcement of the law tied up for years. Every civil rights group will be in line with a lawsuit, right behing the Feds.

Obama has made such a big deal out of this, he can't let it go.

 

What truly amazes me is they come here believing they're entitled to free housing,medical,foodstamps,jobs,ect. Smuggle drugs,promote gang cultures,commit some of the most outrageous crimes imagineable,turn their neighborhoods into slums with grafitti.Then they flee their country,hang their little Mexican flags from their rear veiw mirrors with so-call PRIDE.....but not enough PRIDE to fight for their country to make it a better place for them to raise their families,but instead would rather sponge from others (some who gave all) who made this country what it is...I guess some feel no shame and truly have no pride!

 

Exactly. And every action he takes against the laws of this country that he is supposed to uphold is another reason to throw him and his worthless buddies out. I hope he is stupid enough to fight it.

 

In the past yes, but most if not all current residents of this country born raised are not immigrants. We are full blooded born Americans..

 

Canada is worse. Over there you go to prison for shooting someone who has broken into your house and is getting ready to rob you...
