How do we feel about highway yay or nay?

Are you asking this to brokers, carriers or anyone? Lots of non-brokers read this section to keep up with things. Like me for instance.

Highway? Hate it. They are organized though. I've never had a problem that wasn't solved quickly and simply, even if I didn't like the answer.

 

Until no other loads are available. I will not give anyone my ELD log in information.

 

Guess I won’t like Highway since I don’t have a ELD. They might not like old school guys, as I don’t fir into their box. Like the brokers who require a recent inspection from a scale. Don’t matter my numbers are from 2010 they don’t like old school guys.

 

We switched from Highway App to fenderr.com and we been happy so far- this is from the perspective of a broker

 

Can you shed some insight as to why you switched? What did you not like about Highway?

 

We onboarded a carrier and sent him to a warehouse to pickup a load, next thing you know. He went ghost! We had to call the cops, the ####### forgot to disconnect his telematics so luckily we managed to get the load back- the problem with Highway is it does not have historical data, say for example a scammer updates a phone number, or changes the email, Highway will only show the updated email, not the old email or when it was changed...
