If you only failed the hair follicle test and the company holds it against you..say they reported it to an employment agency then I’d hire a lawyer and go after the company.

imo they are responsible for doing a more invasive test on the hair before they can slander you..again just my opinion but I’d be interested in getting a professional opinion..

 

Would be great if you clarified which drug test you failed..

 

Okay, I read this twice and let m know if I'm reading this right... you've been driving 20+ years, supporting your family, completely broke, but found an attorney who will talk to you pro bono, right? And you can't put $150 on a credit card or get it from a relative and pay it back once the checks start rolling in?
