Swift driver says he was just doing normal turn and then this happened…

    Looks like the trailing arm bolt is still there on the frame-side mount at least on the passenger side

    And this was reportedly cause I believe the driver said something to the tow company. This was his first load with swift

    Apparently the driver had only been with Swift 2 months!
    So much for the probation period!

    New drivers should never be pulling containers from the harbor. you cannot inspect the load, thet are never secured properly (the load), the load shifts easily inside of the container,just should never be pulled by a new driver.

    Loads not for new inexperienced drivers, Tanker loas in general, liquid are the easiest to roll, power (pnuematic after 5 to 10 miles generally packdown, almost turn to solid. What makes containr loads bad is you just dont know how its secured or if it secured, or how high the weight is. I have seen iquid tots inside containers not secured at all, I will break the seal if in doubt , call you dispatcher before let them know you need to inspect the load, you also cannot depend on the shown shipping weight on bols for containers.
