I own two semi-trucks and run seasonal hauls for the agriculture industry, so both rigs sit idle all winter. I asked my Farm Bureau agent about switching them to comprehensive-only coverage during storage, but he insisted one truck must stay on full coverage year-round. Has anyone else run into this? TIA.

I’ve heard the same, but I’m not 100% sure that that’s everywhere. Call around.

I think the problem is that you can’t keep your authority active without insurance on a truck.

    bvanzalen Thanks this.
