Parking semis at a 60-degree angle with a 50-foot drive aisle is a bit tight but can work, especially when traffic is light and drivers take it slow. Generally, 60 feet or more is recommended to give big rigs plenty of room to turn and back in smoothly.

Busy lots or larger trucks might struggle with 50 feet, making turns tricky and slowing traffic. It’s important to leave enough space for trailer off-tracking and watch out for any nearby obstacles.

When space is limited, careful signage and wider aisles in key spots help keep things moving. Running turning radius tests or using design software will give you a clear picture of how it’ll work.

Ummm…. No. Too tight. My FLD with my step is 74’ long. I wouldn’t wanna try to do it. Also, a LOT of hood r gonna be removed in that place

And next time use a plain piece of paper without all the circles.

 

Give each renter of the spot two spaces. They will need this so they can unhook tractor from their trailer and park tractor next to trailer on non blindside. Otherwise their will lots of damage because trucks will be right at or will stick out into the right of way.
