No, and this is the reason you're wrong.
These people have no consideration of life, and what that means.
They have no consideration about other human beings.
It starts at the fuel island. Park and not care.
"Creative parking" park and don't care.
Get sleepy at 4am, wander all over the road, don't care.
Throw piss and sit bags all over America, don't care.
THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANYONE BESIDES INDIANS.
Republicans started letting them in under GW Bush, and Democrats under Biden REALLY left that door open,
All under the guise of cheap labor. Well, that starts with Amazon.

And now winter is upon us with many people out here that can't read signs like "black ice ahead" or "chain law in effect".
No matter how safe you are it means nothing when you got unqualified drivers next to you that can't even read.
It's absolutely insane we even have worry about being taken out by unqualified drivers.
They are everywhere and not enough is being done to stop it.rluky13, drvrtech77, Rideandrepair and 1 other person Thank this. -
That’s the million-dollar question, huh? Somehow, they slide in through the cracks: maybe fake paperwork, or a buddy hooking them up, or just plain luck. Some places don’t ask too many questions if they’re desperate for drivers. It’s like they’d rather roll the dice than wait for the legit stuff.
But trust me, it never ends well. Sooner or later, the law catches up or the insurance folks throw a fit.
Meanwhile, real truckers like us just shake our heads and keep doing it the right way.Rideandrepair Thanks this. -
This kind of stuff doesn't help.

I wonder what percentage of the “no CDL” drivers are drivers who had a valid CDL when hired but were downgraded for things like an expired medical card, clearing house, etc?

I hear you.
Sometimes calling out the ugly parts of the industry doesn’t feel like it moves things forward, it can just add to the frustration.
But if we don’t talk about the real issues, nothing changes. -
Funny how "sanctuary state" wasn't a thing until Trump and ice needed a scapegoat.
Also the articles post about drivers in Indiana, Ohio, Wyoming, which are predominantly red. -
Sanctuary states were around when Barry was in office.OLDSKOOLERnWV, drvrtech77 and TurkeyCreekJackJohnson Thank this.

You are correct, sir. See

Isn’t it ironic how every time some American citizen gets killed by an illegal, you hear about sanctuary cities?Last edited: Nov 16, 2025

Working for friend or family. Very common in larger cities where dirt merchants, landscaper, home improvement companies never cross a scale
The odds of getting pulled over are slim to none provided you don’t attract the attention of the law or are involved in collision
