Freestyle style trucking inc drug test setup

I have a question to ask truckers, i'm 65 and I've never been in this position on the 24th of october 2025 i put in an application with hirschbach transportation. I took their drug test and hair follicle and urine test. I saw another company that was paying a little bit more called freestyle trucking inc out of blue allen illinois on the 24th their recruiter sent met application named Ryan i filled it out sent it back through text messaging. He asked for my clearinghouse. I sent that too no violation.
Then, on the 25th. Ryan from the company sent me another text saying, hey, Willie, I know you said you was going to be out of town today but when you get ready. Let me know and we can move forward. I actually said more in that to him.I told him I probably wouldn't be back in town until monday then on the 26th of October, which was a Friday he sent me a text at 2:33 in the afternoon. And he set the drug test up at 3 o'clock in the afternoon less than 30 minutes to get there.
And I was a hundred and forty miles out of oklahoma City i ignored it because I already told him what was going on. And he knew it before he set the test up. he said it in a text that he knew I was going to be out of town. When I got up Monday morning for some reason, I looked at my drug clearinghouse, freestyle trucking company turned it into the clearinghouse that I refuse to take a drug test. And I was a know show for pre-employment test so they downgraded my CDLS until I get this taken care of i know what a lot. Of you gonna say but you gotta remember? I have never worked for this company. I just put in an application in they are in Illinois. I'm in Oklahoma, almost 700 miles away. Anyway, I'm gonna include a document that I found it's called DOT Rule 49 CFR 40 Section 40.191 Subpart I- problems in drug tests (a) as an employee, you have refused to take a drug test.If you
(1) failed to appear for any test ( ACCEPT A PRE-EMPLOYMENT TEST.) WITH THE IN A REASONABLE TIME IS DETERMINED BY THE EMPLOYER CONSENT WITH THE Applicable D O T AGENCY REGULATIONS AFTER BEING DIRECTED TO DO SO BY THE EMPLOYER. I'M GONNA INCLUDE THE DOCUMENT WHERE YOU CAN SEE IT

This is dot law as soon as I get the violation. taken off, I'm going after them. And I also put it up here where other drivers can see this. Document in case they have this problem.

 

Company sets up drug tests where you can fail. It all because you see something on the company website, a review from fellow truckers out of your home to town and you asked the company about it. And they gets p*****, that's what started all of this
