    The OM sent them a report after that happened, stating the cause of the collapse was do to it being hit by a BIG ### ####ing ship. But they didn't believe it.

    She's got to sit on both hands to keep from waving at everyone she sees. She's a good kid , I'm very happy for her. She turns 16 Friday, but she's taking her last drive in drivers training Tuesday. I'm sure she'll be at the DDS Wednesday morning for her driver's license.

    There's a report ( Sky is falling ), younger home buyers are plagued and overwhelmed by "hidden" costs of home ownership.

    Ahem..............These hidden costs are home owner's insurance, property taxes, and maintenance.

    The OM is shocked and appalled the children have to pay such things.

    a few miles from here, where they have an HOA, their dues are almost $2400 year. They don't even mention those though.

    Moar reasons the $28 burritos are becoming a thing of the past.
