Yup, going back up to Visalia, I'm honestly tempted to go through LA and see them buildings, I don't know when I'm gonna have a chance to do that again lol. I could take I-405N all the way to I-5N to CA99N, looks like the best route.

I wouldn’t do the 405 unless it’s in the middle of the night. Getting through LAX and West LA is really tough for about 20 hours of the day.

Exit I10 in ontario, just past the I15 freeway, 2 truckstops there, one on either side of Milliken just south of the I10. Parking is free if you fill up. Also a place I use is Cowboy Burgers & BBQ, 11673 S Etiwanda Ave, Fontana, CA 92337, about 15 minutes from the truckstop, if you grab a burger i believe parking is free there. They are about 30 minutes to an hour depending on traffic. from Santa Ana. From here you take the I10 west and grab the 57 south down to Santa Ana. You can take the 15 south to the 91 west to the I5 south into Santa Ana from there.

Middle of the day stright up the 405 is probably the least of the evils. You can run stright up I5 over the hill to 99 bottom of the grapevine, 99 to Visaila. No real good options from Santa Ana to the grapevine. Pay attenetion to lane restrictions and speed limited zones, lane tickets get real expensive, after The top (Frasier Park) they are very serious about the 35 zone, after the rest area, pay attention to the signs.

The truckstops at Wheeler Ridge are about as good as it get going up to Visalia, about 110 miles from Visalia (2 hours)

    Well, what's their name?

Yup, I'm in Visalia right now, washing my tank. I stayed at the Three Sister's Truck Stop, yeah I payed for it, $25 but it beats the $30 at Petro or TA a few exit down. Plus I had to wash my tank because of leak, so I just stayed there, parking and truck wash are refundable by my company so not much loss there.

So after all the homework I did for you on trying to find you a spot to park(one block over on Yale), you decided to go to a truck stop. Don’t ask for help again. I’m passing on it.
