Seems he was given multiple citations, driving to fast for road conditions ( heavy dense fog ) and failure to control his vehicle.

Flat Earth Trucker and mjd4277 Thank this.

I don’t have a gps in my truck except for what’s on my phone, and I sure as hell wouldn’t be looking at my phone or a gps on the dash in dense fog or heavy rain. But that’s just my personal preference.

We navigated these highways for years with no problems before all the electronics came along, although cell phones are nice sometimes, I personally see electronics as the dumbing down of society….

GPS would have told him he needed to stop in X amount of feet. Told him..wouldn’t have needed to take his eyes off the road..nonetheless my gps is small hangs high on the windshield and I can just take a slight glance and see what the road is doing.

Three nights in a row I’ve dealt with dense fog for miles and miles..in the mountains. I use it to be aware of what the road is going to do, like if I’m coming up on a curve.

Maybe you haven’t had a problem before electronics and that’s nice but there’s gadgets that make life a lot easier..utilize them or not.

Bozo wouldn’t have ended up in the building if he had a gps and that’s a fact…

There wasn’t any problems before electronics?

No one said there wasn’t any accidents before electronics, but electronics sure hasn’t reduced them….

It would if half of the drivers weren't so ridiculously stupid.
