    Company: Drina Trans
Address:1337 E Belt Line Rd, Wilmer, TX 75172 (Note: Suite number is intentionally obscured, which is a major red flag.)
    USDOT #:2471554
    MC #:842967
Owner:Radislav Mikic (also goes by "Miki")
Other Subjects: Armin, MJ, Sammy or Sema, (Names may be fake, not originally from the United States.)

Sneaky Eastern European Foreign Scam Company

Regarding Operational Practices, Safety Violations, and Unpaid Wages

I feel a moral obligation to share my experience to prevent other drivers from falling into the same trap. My time at Drina Trans was characterized by exploitation, financial deception, and a profoundly hostile work environment. I strongly urge any driver to avoid this company at all costs.

Deceptive Promises & Exploitative Work Model:
No Long-Haul Miles: Contrary to their recruiting promises, miles are not available. The company exclusively uses short-term contract loads with multiple drops, often 8 hours away. This structure severely limits your mileage pay and is designed to keep you bound to their system.
    · Inhumane Hours: You are routinely worked 15 to 18 hours a day, often returning by 4-5 AM without a full reset. This practice is exhausting, unsafe, and clearly demonstrates the company's priority is overworking you, not ensuring you make a decent living.

    Unprofessional & Hostile Management:
The dispatchers and management, under owner Radislav "Miki" Mikic, are unprofessional, manipulative, and openly hostile.

Sammy: My dispatcher, Sammy, was consistently immature and disrespectful. He intentionally manipulated routes and schedules, booking loads that were impossible to deliver on time to cause maximum distress. He displayed a clear sense of entitlement, explicitly telling me that "technically, you work for me," treating drivers as his personal subordinates. Most disturbingly, he used a racial slur directed at me.

Armin: Armin, who acts as an administrative assistant, displays volatile and unprofessional behavior. He likes to inflate his own importance by consistently referring to the drivers as "my drivers," creating a possessive and demeaning dynamic. When I encountered an issue where my truck got stuck in sand 0.6 miles from a delivery, he responded by yelling at me. He has a documented criminal record, including a DWI/DUI arrest.

MJ: Overseas Operation/dispatcher, when I raised legitimate concerns about the dispatching style and how drivers were being run into the ground, MJ refused to engage. Instead, he attempted to assassinate my character by claiming I "just didn't want to work."

Predatory Financial Practices & Hidden Fees:
This is where the company's scheme becomes truly apparent.

Unjustified Charges: After an incident where my truck was stuck in sand, the company charged me $1,280 for a tow truck to come out and pull me foward by deducting my entire paycheck. There was nothing in my contract stating drivers are responsible for such on-duty unavoidable incidents.

"Exit Fee": Upon leaving the company, they will invent a $150 "cleaning fee" for equipment that was left clean. This is a pure money-grab.

Wage Theft: Another driver reported being arrested on a traffic ticket on his way to a delivery. While he was incarcerated, the company stole his entire paycheck and only returned $400 upon his release.

    Hush Money:
A driver named Jeff threatened a lawsuit over their poor business practices. The company paid him $3,500 to stay quiet, which speaks volumes about their fear of legal scrutiny.

    Poor Equipment & Safety Neglect:
The trucks are in terrible condition and a genuine safety hazard.I had to get a boost to start my truck every single day. The maintenance is so neglected that the entire bumper fell off my truck while I was being loaded at a dock. For the entire duration of my employment, the truck leaked water onto the passenger side floor, which was ignored despite complaints. Despite repeated complaints about batteries dying after being shut down for a few hours, they refused to replace them. It is no surprise that this company has a poor CSA score of 50, as their equipment and practices create constant safety and compliance risks for drivers.

    Final Summary:
Drina Trans(DOT #2471554, MC #842967) under owner Radislav Mikic is a predatory company that uses deception as a "bait and hook." They lure drivers in with false promises of miles and good pay, only to trap them in a cycle of exhausting short-haul contracts, hidden fees, and blatant wage theft. The management is unprofessional, manipulative, and has created a toxic and racially hostile environment where staff like Armin and Sammy act with impunity. The company's practices are not just poor; they are designed to exploit and drain drivers financially and physically, putting their safety and professional driving record at risk.

Do not be deceived. For the sake of your safety, your finances, and your CSA score, look elsewhere.

Wait a minute; this is TTR. What's with being coherent and detailed reporting a bad compny? That goes against all forum precedent.

Why would you get involved in the first place. Sound like more red flags than a Chinese parade. Oh and stay out of sand.

User name fits him/her well with the abuse they love to put themselves through, have at it champ you just keep climbing that mountain of endless dreams.
I can't even say it amazes me how many adults are so blinded by getting a new puppy day after day, while wadding through the waist high steaming mound of horse #### to sign on with wiggly lines & letters jumbled together on the sides of these trucks.....
Not to mention i could'nt understand a word they were saying & there was so much static over the phone because of the storage unit or shipping container they were in.
Then the reasoning we hear is that's all that would take me on, or they said this & this & this & oooo yeah they promised me within 3 months i would have my very own unicorn.
GO BE A UBER EATS/WALMART+ DRIVER today's real world is dominated by ordering via phone, tablet or laptop.
More delivery services that pick up from restaurants than actually have tables or booths filled with customers.
