    And if he's financed to the nads which seems easier to do in the states one little speed bump can leave him standing on the corner with empty pockets wondering what the he'll happened.

    Dead thread I know, but I just found out, that a few guys who got let go from my previous LTL outfit before dump trucks, couldn't find any work (not even Bison) and ended up at Scottlynn. Apparently, they did orientation, and none of them lasted beyond a week! LOL.

    Ya know the old saying "I would rather collect empty can's, than drive for this outfit" well in this instance, it appears to be true!

    Good lord this industry is SO DONE!

    Scottlynn has been screwing drivers on their LP plan for years now and is aways having big job fairs looking for their next victims here in Ontario. Reviews i’ve read online is they don’t have enough work to keep you moving

    I will agree that we as drivers are seeing something in the industry i don’t believe we’ve ever experienced before where you can’t even get an another driving job even with the mega’s. That’s insane

    Their freight brokerage here stateside is one of the scummiest of the scumbags. Never pay any detention. Will book you as a live unload for something that's actually a drop for 2 or 3 days at delivery. Terrible. Were a personal DNU of mine for many years. Would advise anyone out there booking from brokers DNU Scottlynn they will screw you over for sure.

    Because its literally a Legal Scam, and because they ride Loblaws dick, no one will even THINK about doing anything about it. (Same as Bison).

    Companies like Scottylnn, Bison, H&R and TransX (Now Operating under CNTL), Light-Speed etc etc. Their entire business model, is to extract everything they can out of a driver for 6-24 months, then toss them aside. Usually broke, burned out and ready to quit trucking. They've gotten away with it for 25+ years now, and even with all the media and YouTube exposure, no one is doing anything about it; and there is still an endless stream of drivers applying. Its like I've said many times, a literal MEAT GRINDER.

    Just watch MarcAnthonystorm on youtube he’s been with them for a years . he says since 2016 and has never made as much as he did at crst . He had a couple 389 then went to a w900 . I thought he was doing ok there but just checked his channel and his last video he’s posted a year ago says he hasn’t been making dick all and going broke . It’s always the same ole story with scottlynn . I now see lots of new canadians that drive for them here in ontario. I guess they have a boat load of new victims to screw over now

    Scottlyn's is utter garbage as a Brokrage Trucking company. Pure crooks and its a wonder they're in existence. I had a short stint with them a year ago were they screwed me with a corrupted agreement for Lowlaws loads another deceptive organization that has 98% foreigners working out of their distribution center in Cambridge, ON. The control room dispatch there speaks to everyone like they are garbage and shows no class or respect to the drivers and O/o's. They will promised carriers and average rate for their trucks saying it averages $85 to $100/hr when you might average $15 or $25/hr at best. A total scheme. Even their corrupted well known never ending truck lease never to own. 4 times they had loads on the spot market in refused all. A Dispatcher totalled me they're annual revenue is approximately $322 million per year imo accumulated by a lot of corruption. Some compared them to TQL as the Canadian version.
