Yeah, but it has to be only short loads on the flat bed. Nothing taller than oh say a double lift of drywall or something!
-
Look's like he broke the seal and went to town before getting it to the consignee !
-
That is because it wasn't in Spanish or Russian.

OK...I got a story about that one...
I was pulling skateboards for a certain company out of Texas. I KNEW the clearance of the tractor was 12' even to the top of the amber beacon on the roof, which was the same as the exhaust stacks.
So I'm heading to pick up a load, and come upon an overpass marked 12' 8"...no problem. I went blasting through and started freaking out when I heard something smack the overpass. I had been placed in the truck with less than 500 miles on the odometer...and I hadn't been in it that long. I thought for SURE I had knocked the stacks and beacon off...but I couldn't see anything in the mirror to tell.
When I got to the shipper, I stepped out of the truck to have a look....
I forgot all about my CB antennas...which reached 13'6".

I would have sat down and had a cold one waiting for the ajuster. LOL
-
He thought the concrete span was 12'6". See the arrows.

Leave the truck there as a reminder. Kind of a beer memorial. It'll help hold the bridge up too.
My very first road test, the examiner asked me a bridge clearance we went under.
I didn't know. I haven't missed one since then. -
I only need 10' for my tractor, and 11' for the trailer. If it's real close, I can gain a few inches by dumping the suspension on the truck & trailer, too.
-
I see a fork lift,a pallet of beer;doesnt appear the truck is still hooked to the trl.
WERNER DOES IT AGAIN!! I wish I could see the video of it getting unstuck. -
you got to Warn 'er you're on the way
