See photos, I work for a fleet, 2021 kenworth t680, air leaks out of the highlighted park when hitting the service brake. Changed the MV3 valve, TP5 valve, brake pedal firewall valve, firewall manifold valve (the squared push pull fittings next to the highlighted part) tested the trailer brake and it leaked air toward the chassis/fifth wheel (changed that valve) and it’s still leaking, even our bendix rep is stumped. We switched out all transducers/sensors that run the air system and still the same, even kenworth doesn’t know. They wanted to changed all the items we changed. Only way how it won’t leak is if we bend the line, but then it will start leaking from the red trailer knob.

    Any help would be appreciated!

You meant part instead of park after highlighted? A good rule is if there is a leak with the service brake applied (park brake off) the part that is leaking is bad. What is the highlighted part? I would remove that and disassemble or replace. You don't say if you tested with and without a trailer connected and if there is any difference. Why is there a disconnected/missing line (maybe the red one, vent?) next to the highlighted part?

The red line inside the cab was a bypass fuse connector, and the one outside the cab is just a vent. Kenworth does not sell those fittings and air hose so we switched it with another truck and same issue. We also tried hooking it up to a trailer and it was the same issue, out bendix rep sent us a diagram and everything checks out, even our master foreman is stumped lol

So it leaks from the black line? What does that line connect to? Air leaking from a part may be air that came from somewhere else.

Switched what with another truck? The part that you circled in yellow?
    Circled in green?
Attach the diagram that the rep sent.
Contact Bendix help, not your rep. Or the Service Engineer.

Our bendix rep is the engineer, he’s the one that worked directly with all the air systems on kenworths, international and Mack’s. The green one you highlighted is just a plug, there are no hoses that go through there. The highlighted yellow part on the same photo, we popped the clip off and removed and replaced that push fitting, and still the same issue. I know someone else recommended we replace the firewall manifold (the one you highlighted in green) and still the same issue. I’m thinking air might be bypassing somewhere underneath the cab.

What you circled in yellow, to the right of the green circle, where the air leaks from. Has that been replaced? You say the push fitting on that was replaced but what about the whole valve/manifold.
To verify what is leaking. Is it:
What you circled in yellow in Pic 572 or
What you circled in yellow in Pic 571

Is the vent line plugged by a dirt wasp? Brake chambers good and not cross feeding both emergency and service at the same time? Sometimes the basics are the causes of the big problem.

    JB7 Thanks this.

If it has a QR-1C valve on the park. Check it. The diaphragm inside on the compound line goes bad and leaks back into service side. The QR-1C valve itself will not show a sign of leaking on the outside or from it’s own exhaust port.

Someone needs to get ahold of the complete vehicle air schematic and trace backwards from the manifold port that leaks air. Something is passing air or plumbed incorrect.
