That’s where the FMCSA needs to get their act together.
Just like the Colorado tragedy and all the other ones.. They’re either responsible for safety or they’re not..

Names aren’t given out unless guilt has been provided by the accused or until a pre-trial has found probable cause.
The conspiracies are lunacy.. -
There’s no telling at this point right now who else is driving for that company that doesn’t have a CDL they definitely need to have a federal raid on that company ASAP from the FMCSA and the US DOTmjd4277, TurkeyCreekJackJohnson, Flat Earth Trucker and 3 others Thank this.

CA Governor Gavin Newsom says it's racist to deny a CDL to any immigrant, legal or illegal.

The Driver is already out on $1000 bail. Less than one day.
$1000 is $100 cash with 10% down to bail bonds man. So tell me how it pays to have a CDL.

The link you provided says no bail?
Anyway, our states don’t think it’s that big an offense since it’s only considered a misdemeanor..Up to $1,000 fine and six months in jail..
Makes sense that he bailed out though. -
Bail bond is 10%. But the person who paid it is on the hook for the whole $1000 if the guy skips and doesn't show up for court.
-
Probably should go after the company and the driver for violating cabotage regulations. But that won’t do any good because the company probably has another DOT number ready to go since the government gives them out like candy.
Speedy356 and drvrtech77 Thank this.
