Odell Beckham broke after signing $100 million contract

We see this so many times these professional athletes musicians movie stars that make hundreds of millions of dollars years later are bankrupt and I just never understood it. If someone came up to me and gave me a measly million dollars just 1 million in one chunk? I guarantee you I would live out the rest of my life in comfort and on my terms and never even get near bankruptcy. Never understood it and I have a hard time feeling sorry for them.

 

Remind me of one athlete that bought his mother a house with 20 bathrooms, just to impress his friends.

 

How is that some of these people get millions of dollars, and yet they end up being broke?
Either they have poor money management,someone working for them is mismanaging the money or they’re being scammed,or all of the above at once.

 

Many of them hire back alley DEI money managers that steal their money.

 

I knew some women EXACTLY like that.
I would warn them-don’t live beyond your means but they wouldn’t listen!
