Steering wheel locked

    Hey everyone,
    Someone stole a wheel off my Volvo VNL 2015 truck . They forced the wheels somehow .. left them turned to the left .
    Now my steering wheel is locked. Wheels won’t turn even if I turn the ignition on .
    The truck was sitting for a while and the air is all gone from the system . Also the truck cannot be started .
    Any ideas on how to unlock it ?

    Without the truck running you have no power steering. The only way to turn the wheel would be to jack the front end up so the tires are off the ground.
