Ya know sometimes a man has to do things that just really ain’t in him. He just gots to gather himself up and push on through. I’ve made calls to 10 cowhauler’s this morning. Talked to Josh about it. @Oxbow said not long ago at these times you find a memory with each person to share a laugh with and each one sorta moves you forward a little. There isn’t an easy way to say it. Boys Doc lost his fight this morning at 4am. Congestive heart failure is what took him. It’s honestly for the best, the stuff was back so this was quicker and less pain. We played bite yesterday morning just a little. We drove to Jackson Tennessee on a Sunday morning, paid a 100 dollars for him we really didn’t have. She chose the name Doc because he is a heeler. I was very broken and needed healed. We had no idea at the time he would live up to the portrayal of Doc Hoilday and the friend he was to Wyatt. He done his job well, he was on point in every task. Not only was he the best cow dog I ever known, he was absolutely my best friend. Our lives are much richer for him being in them. Boys I understand everyone will want to give their condolences but there’s no need I truely mean that. No words are gonna help us at this time no matter. I already know the core group here truly feels for us at this time.
