That's the first thing I thought of when I didn't read all of that. Or even very much at all.

It's just a lot of complaints about a bad company and the CDL labor industry as a whole. A concise summary would be better to convey the general idea. Sometimes less is more

I didn’t realize Late & Lost (Day & Ross) had operations south of the border.

They bought up A&S Kinard in Pa. years back and they changed the name about 2 years later to Day & Ross. Day and Ross has been part of McCain foods since 1966

The company should have said the straight pay. But drivers need to their homework b/4 applying to a company. In the world we live in with access at your finger tips online this could have been found out b/4 you applied there.

As other have said Interstate trucking companies do not have to pay OT if they don't want to. Only CA, WA, OR and ME really try to enforce the OT. How many companies pay by the load, Mileage, salary or percentage- none get OT.

You have me confused with the person who posted this. I was just replying to a post
I have my own authority and don't plan on applying anywhere.

Are these GM dealer deliveries? I know they are doing routes in Livonia MI that DLI used to do. I dont know if they won the contracts from GM or had some kind or merger deal. I have been out of the loop for a while
