    I have had problems with them going back many years.
    I used to drive for Greyhound and when I was sent to Concentra, they would find some reason to delay me getting a full medical card.
    One time they refused to give me my card until I provided them with a blood test result from a doctor.

    I run from employers that use them, I have worked for a couple of them ( Kemira Water, and New Bern (Pepsi)) turned to disaster in both cases.
