Looking to Buy a Brokerage

I'm looking to purchase the operating LLC or INC of a brokerage that has been active in good standing a minimum 3+ years, with or without a book of business. If you are looking to get out of the business, please reach me directly.

Where else are you folks looking when seeking to buy a brokerage? Other than a business broker. I've sold with a business broker before and I'm not interested in going that route again.
