Does anyone know a trucking company by the name VIS INC?

I have sent my license picture to prospective people before, but due to a recent ID theft issue I encountered, I won't ever do that again. They can get the copy of your license when they hire you. I was thankful that the person who did steal my identity did not know my license number and was using some phony number.

 

As far as the license goes it’s normal that a recruiter asks for it. In the future just block all information except for your picture and name. They only really need it for your driver file once you’re hired or once you agree to onboarding.

They ask for it so they know who they’re talking to before say a telephone interview.
They can also use it to screen out people that they don’t want.. Like if they don’t hire white dudes with long hair, face tats and piercings topped off with under skin horn implants. Or maybe you’re wearing a turban or a New York Yankees ball cap

 

They had a sister company-AAF Trans. as they say, but think they just changed the company name as they had mostly negative reviews. Any Chicago area company you need to be carefull with (rarely get last pay or escow back).. If your in south Florida, stay away from DAX Logistix and Clement Transport.

 

These guys would not pass the Dr Seuess test. I passed one at a red-light last night with traffic backed up the ramp waiting for a green light to go right on red at 3 am. I thought he was broken down, nope just broken
