Fair point. If the boxes in the picture are the actual ones and not just a stock image, you can just swing the door open, throw it inside and slam the door closed and take off without anybody seeing you.

Been thinking about this story. None of the narrative presented makes any sense.

Supposedly, the cartel got half a ton of dope all the way to Indiana and then decided "lets put this on a random truck in a public place, like a truck stop, and then we'll hope for the best. Maybe the truck will go to a city of some sort, somewhere!".

No, this dope was behind the seal when it got popped, and someone, most likely a local thief looking for a quick grab and run, popped the seal and got the surprise of his life. If this was a rival cartel or the orginal cartel, they would not have been run off by a driver doing a walk around. Drug runners would have persuaded that driver to not notice what was going on, the easy way or the hard way.

Either way, bunch of dope off out of circulation, that's good.

I’m sure lots of illegal contraband moves by semi-trailer. Last time (and probably *the* last time) I bothered entering Canadia in a truck, they had the dope-dog sniff the whole truck. I’m like guys it’s just drugs…people love to get high and need this s*** to make it through their miserable lives so why fight it!

As someone who has lived a significant portion of his life near the Mexican border, I can assure you that you are correct. Drugs and humans are illegally trafficked across the border day in and day out.

Hmnn.. Wonder if they do carboarding on a bulk purchase? Get an isolated spur near Laredo/El Paso; pay demurrage for 10 days, then ship
Avoid the little Drug Interdiction cars running to an fro... Be a hay contractor....

Always had the good sense to not swim in the water with those kind of sharks.
Have fractured a few statutes in my day, never anything that would draw that level scrutiny ;)

I wonder how much MJ has been hauled from McAllen/Reynosa areas; away in a 16 foot tandem stock trailer, unwashed the week before use, lined inside walls with single bales of soybean hay and the remaining interior packed full of the good green stuff? Sturdy old F!50 pulling, big hat hand driving? Pondering getting me a truck...

Throw a couple sheep in the trailer to complete the look
