Put your focus on the return of a years worth of hard work and go for Pritchett if that's where you want to be. I work for Pritchett and have been here over 2 years now, I'm able to make around 44,000 a year and be home with my lovely wife every night, we have a contract with Leon County and the City of Tallahassee, I service both contracts but moreso the city contract hauling sludge out of the waste water treatment plant. I know very little about CRST, all teams typical OTR outfit. Like I said earlier try the Comcar family of companies, Willis Shaw, Coastal Transport, Commercial Carriers, all 3 will give you a good chance of weekend hometime and decent pay.

I enjoy working for Pritchett, even with the down economy they haven't dropped our quarterly bonuses. Here's a simple breakdown, Pritchett pays what they call a revenue bonus, any revenue over 590 pays an extra 40 dollars, any revenue over 650 pays an extra 50 dollars, I for one have never missed a revenue bonus I make the 50 every week, I typically net 800 plus and have made 14,500 for the first 4 months of the year. Pritchett also pays a quarterly safety and performance bonus of 500 dollars up to 5 years, and 750 thereafter, again I have not once missed my quarterly. So simply put if you achieve your revenue every week you make an extra 200 per month times 12 is 2,400, plus 2,000 in quarterly bonuses, I am able to comfortably achieve this so Pritchett basically pays me an extra 4,400 per year to just do my job and do it well. My answer is a big YES!!! I enjoy my job and feel very lucky to have it.

If CRST gives you an opportunity don't let others on here talk you out of it, you have a goal in mind and achieving that goal might mean sucking it up for a year or so, I wouldn't say CRST is a place for you to retire from, but if it's the place that's going to give you a start when no one else will you'd be foolish not to give it a shot just based on some of the naysayers on this board. Just my opinion..........
