If they pay it on a regular third monthly schedule, and not by when you started, that would make sense.

Where I worked it was not by cpm, it was an extra $25 for a hazmat load.
It was not worth it to me. I dropped the HM endorsement after my first year.

Some people may want to know why you did not ask these "why" questions before you signed up with them. Do your research about the company before signing up with them, it should be obvious by now if you've been driving for years that Transport companies offer the whole world to you but end up not delivering. This is another case of the same old same old problems. Until proven otherwise always view promises of high miles very suspiciously as the old saying goes "if it sounds to good to be true it probably isn't"

On last part. I honestly don't think Barr-Nunn told me anything about getting high miles. Only thing I thing I think was a sort of lie is 40% night driving. Feels closer to maybe 60%. I think OP is someone that partly believes companies advertised pay. Which is always from drivers who lives on the road
