WS 4900ex Tri-axle dump truck

2018 Western Star dump. Factory glider with 600+ hp 14l series 60, 18spd 3.9 rears. 19.5 Mac dump body, under 600,000 miles, long blocked replaced at approximately 400,000, according to the ins people it lists for $155,000 they say $51,000 in damages, that’s fixing at the dealer. If I can sell it as is will both do better. I’d trade for a 24-26 full frame all aluminum end dump. $70,000obo. Truck is in Cadiz Ohio but will be moved to Fyda in Cannonsburg Pa.

 

Update.. The truck is in the shop and the engine has been inspected. they are putting it (motor) back together. It should lot drive. They have raised the estimate to repair because of the bed. The front wall has a wave in it. Their plan is to pull it and send it back to Mac to get repaired. That has changed the estimate significantly. So the price is coming down $50,000 OBO. I’m not fixing it. If no reasonable offers it’s going to auction. The truck has not been totaled.
