Second-largest Powerball jackpot won in Arkansas on Christmas Eve

I'm waiting for a call from all those friends who said "If I ever win the lottery"

 

I think it was my 15th cousin 20X removed on my mothers side. I'll be calling tomorrow to remind them of that quarter i loaned them 47 years ago.

 

I would love to have a follow up story to this a year from now. Jubilation T. Cornpone wins the lottery. Family drama follows.

 

They won't even tell you the name of the town, much less the person's name.
My guess is Hoxie, Arkansas.

 

I just hope it went to someone that will actually benefit from it and not someone that was already well off.

 

Statistically speaking, most lottery tickets are sold in poorer neighborhoods.

 

Cabot Arkansas is where ticket was bought. Last I heard earlier no one has claimed it yet. (About noon or so)
