What if it Snows?

I tried the mathematical algebraic formula recommended by some wizard YouTube’r to figure out the correct ratio of spices and even consulted the AI Google thingy but those dumb F’ers didn’t even know what a prime rib was so I went Ol Skool and got’r done — this will get happy for 24 hours and then we’ll do some Ol Skool shop cook’n

 

Kosher salt— which brings me to a question— how is kosher salt different than rock salt??? Looks about the same— maybe it’s the part about having a Hebrew holy man shaking his beads over it or something like that

The frozen tain yesterday was on the low end of predictions and the snow event is late the grass with no frost is over the septic tank. Currently 33 degrees cloudy and dreary kind of typical weather for this time of year.

Kosher salt doesn't have iodine in it. Use it when you can stuff and your stuff won't turn brown.
