The being able to continue to walk all day in the chukar hills over broken ground is moar important to me than performing SEAL PT and a 22 ARC on an AR platform suppressed with thermal optics coupled with a Verminator electronic call is currently being seriously considered as the next major addition to make it through the dead time between the end of bird season and the start of fishing— there have been suggestions that ice fishing could be an option, but there’s a heater in the buggy so that’s a nonstarter

Depending on who you believe, the rotator cuff is 4 or 5 muscles. Damage to any one or a group of them can be quite debilitating. Doesn’t have to be a tear, though that is the most common injury. While most people don’t necessarily trust a chiropractor, they can do a lot to help the situation. If the muscles are weak/ damaged, the shoulder joint will be out of place, they can put things back in place and start the healing process. Still may require a surgical procedure to fix the problem, but certainly can reduce the amount of invasive treatment needed.
