    Have done some ipe decks , they are great when done, but they are really a pig to cut and install

    Like anything I guess, you do it enough you learn some things. Very much like your business
    Keeping the post and beam farther back keeps it out of the weather. Also makes repairing the outer edge easier in 15 years, because it isn’t load bearing.

    I had cantilevered the stair platform, had spring to it, those footings went in after the fact, thinking back to it now

    Yeah I've always made cold food stay cold, cooling hot people and warming cold people, so that stuff is not stuff I know.

    We've awakened after another three plus(3+) hour rhinoceros immediately after shift.

    Somehow we made it to this indigenous Peetro, The OM is considering re-classifying to non-indigenous.

    How are you this giant truck stop, but have nothing?

    I mean it is The Pennsylvania, so that explains a lot, lucky somebody even shows up to unlock the doors I suppose.
