Good morning. I am looking for advice in troubleshooting a no start on my 2006 DT466E in a 2007 International 4300. I purchased this truck in November of 2024 with 430,000 miles. In September of 2025 at 433,000 miles it began to smoke and drink oil like crazy. A local mechanic did a series of tests and determined that it needed a rebuild. I enjoy engines and wanted to learn so I begin the several month endeavor of rebuilding this engine myself on weekends. I pulled the entire engine and had the head machined and rebuilt. The block was also machined and cleaned in a hot tank. The only thing I found during tear down was a small piece of a piston ring on #6 was missing. Everything else was in amazing condition considering the mileage. I reused the crankshaft, camshaft, HPOP and HPOR, Connecting Rods, and Lifters. I replaced Pistons, Injectors, Front and Rear seals, Connecting rod bolts and bearings, Main Bearings, Main and Connecting Rod bolts, Valve Cover, Oil Pump, Water Pump, Push Rods, and Oil Cooler. I used the service manual for my serial number range and followed all the proper procedures for break down and reassembly. Once it was back in the truck I unplugged the camshaft sensor and turned it over, but it wasn't building oil pressure. I started to do some research and found that most people suggest putting grease in the oil pump to help prime. I pulled the plug on the oil filter assembly and used a pump to pressurize the oil system and hoped it would prime that way. I loosened the braided line that runs from the HPOP to the HPOR and pumped until I saw oil coming out. After that it started and idled great. I let it run for three to five minutes and started looking around for any leaks. I noticed a leak at the oil pump to front cover gasket and I didn't have any transmission pressure. I removed the radiator assembly and found that the o ring behind the oil pump wear plate wasn't seated properly and corrected that. At the same time I pulled the starter and unbolted the transmission. The torque converter was not aligned properly and cracked the transmission pump so I replaced the pump and gaskets on the front.
After that I used a hand pump to pressurize the oil system again and it struggled the start but once it did it had a bad knock and smoked. It was suggested to me that the timing may be off so I pulled the front cover and checked that, but the timing was correct. Now it will not start, and puffs out white smoke.
I have a Harbor Freight scan tool that shows "SID 4 Injector 4" as well injector 5 and 6. It also says "Injection Control Pressure". I then pulled the valve cover and checked all of my connections. I put a mechanical gauge in place of the ICP sensor. All that was available locally was a 400 PSI unit, and it jumped past that right away. I believe my next step would be to test the injectors electronic connections but I can not find a wiring diagram or specs to know what the voltage and resistance should be.
I hope I did not make this post too long, but I figure if I'm asking for help I want to give as much information as possible. I appreciate any ideas and guidance.

Start it without the valve cover. I’ve seen the injector harness pinched under neath it more times than I can count

I tried starting it without the valve cover and no change. I erased the DTC's and the SPN 164 injection control pressure comes back right away, without even turning the engine over. I did find a wiring diagram and from what I understand injectors 4 5 and 6 all share a ground. Can anyone help with understanding the wiring diagram? Also I noticed another post saying to always include the last eight of the VIN so mine is 7H454477.

Update. Today I only had time to remove the positive and ground connections on the starter and the batteries and cleaned them. But it started! It is idling really rough, like its skipping, so I did not continue to run it. The computer is showing SPN 164 Injection Control Pressure, SID 155 System Diagnostic Code #5, and SID 4 5 and 6 Injector Cylinder 4 5 and 6.

Can you see the FMI in the trouble codes? Also known as the failure mode identifiers.
Use the search function to look up the SPN 164 fault code it the manual I posted the
link to, you will probably need the FMI though.
A shorted open or close injector coil can stop injectors 1,2,3 or 4,5,6 from working.
Did it sound like it was running on three cylinders?
It sounds like you have two problems injection pressure and an injector problem.

Yes, that is exactly what it sounds like. After reviewing all the codes in the manual you linked I wonder if I misplaced the grounds when I reinstalled the engine.
    SPN: 164, FMI: 4
    SID: 6, FMI: 5
    SID: 5, FMI: 5
    SID: 4, FMI: 5
    SID: 155, FMI: 7.
