From what I know, it no longer exists. But, back in the mid 80's, it seems all of us guys running cross-border freight stopped there. The food was decent, and the view of the lake from there was great! It was also a fuel stop for JB's "Canadian dedicated" drivers, so a lot of us went there. If the diner was too pricey for you (with the 8%PST and 7%GST added...), you could always go down the access road a ways and find not only a big Tim Hortons, but also a Harvey's/Chalet Suisse fast food place as well.
I was once approached by another JB driver on the same run as I was (Automotive Industries in norther VA to Ford Oakville, for the Windstar line..) who suggested I could make an extra $200 each return trip. All I had to do was leave my trailer doors unsealed (going back with empty interior panel racks...), spend 1 hour in the restaurant, head across the Peace Bridge crossing, drive down to the truckstop on the Salamanca Reservation, go in there for an hour, and I'd get an envelope with $100 at each stop.
Who knows? I could've become a big-time smuggler. Or I could've ended up in federal prison, like he did.....

Where does the time go?
PeteNumb Thanks this. -
I used to stay there sometimes in the 80's & 90's.
even stayed in the little motel rooms when the weather was real bad, the rooms were REAL small, but cheap. -
Was that the one next to the one stall Blue Beacon?

Only ever stopped a few times at the 5th Wheel, busy place for sure
I preferred my employers terminal at Dixie & Brittania
Card locks, good restaurants and bars all only a block away. Strip club across the road(Marilyn’s). Early 90’s when trucking when still enjoyable -
You’re probably thinking of the one in Cornwall, ON, near the Quebec border. I used to stop there sometimes on trips to Montreal and at the location in Grimsby when headed to the Toronto area. Spent a weekend in the motel in Cornwall in 2011 after delays at the border led to a missed delivery appointment in St. Bruno, QC.

Been there a couple of times. Remember it had good food. Never stayed there for a 10.
