I've traveled through one of their current tunnels, they are amazing examples of engineering, but watch your speed...they put speed cameras at the bottom of the tunnel and those cameras were constantly going off the times I've been through there.

My brother works offshore there. Married and 2 daughters.
He is in Haugesund between Bergen and Stavanger. I have traveled almost the entire west coast in my visits there.
