I got overweight ticket and it showed up my cdl wasn't good because my health card expired. I've since got my health card. But im worried the judge will suspend me? Whats your opnions?

If you have your medical card back and is valid, show it at court and you will just be issued the fine for overweight.

Were you inspected? The overweights normally do not show up on anything unless you're over on a defined designated route (disobeying a traffic control device), once the offense triggers an inspection, the violation is from what they found on the inspection (expired or failed to provide a med card)

Fact;
If you get an overweight citation, and your medical is expired, you get demoted to a class 3(automobile). You can’t drive away from the scale in a commercial truck. What gives ?
