Did my second 72 hour dry fast over the road, no food, no water, nothing.

Been with them for over a year now and I am happy with them. They are not perfect, but I grossed over 75k in 2025 with 12 weeks of off time which suits me just fine.

 

My truck is good, whenever a repair is needed they take care of it quick. Last time I checked the other day, their out of service rate was at 18%. The hauls are usually short, rarely takes more than a single day. Though I did have a load from st Louis to somewhere in Pennsylvania that was 1100 miles recently.

 

I have in fact eaten a few of those roller dogs, the all beef ones of course. Meat is really hard to mess up no matter what

 

Five days is incredible, as long as you are not taking in any sugar with that coffee and drinks then it is fine I am sure. Weight loss is just a secondary goal with fasting. You are still getting the great benefits of everything else, autophagy and ketones mainly.
