Usually within 48 hours unless there is an issue, in which case i have heard as much as a month. Though that is very rare

 

Should be instant verification unless there’s a discrepancy and it gets flagged for a manual review.

If it has been more than a few days, call them.

 

I can’t comment on if it’s something major or not but something flagged it for review.

At least you were able to get them to acknowledge you’re in the system and they are dealing with it.

Could take a couple weeks but I’d stay on it and maybe call again after a week..
