I can't even get the OEM ones anymore. Our Pete dealer handles some aftermarket ones.

 

Well great. 2nd lactation cow decided to freshen, with out dilating at all….. beautiful big dead heifer calf

 

Hate to see that. We had one that was due to calve on April 15th bloat and die a couple days ago. No rhyme or reason

 

We have a saying out here among us ranchers. "If you can't afford to lose them, you can't afford to own them!" Could be taken money wise or emotionally, I guess! Still doesn't make it any easier, you work so hard to keep them alive and they just die for no reason.

I broke one a while back, ordered a two pack from, ole, no good, worthless Amazon Prime for 17 bux, free shipping and the exact same part number.

 

. I will check on that with 4 hoods in the fleet it can’t hurt to have a pair on the shelf
