You really did not see the sarcasm in my response? The first two lines said it all, with the rest being nonsense filler.

I was driving for Roush Industries. They had designated routes to run on,city and rural routes. We had 2 shifts, day and night.Between shifts trucks were parked and block heaters plugged in.It was 3-4 hours between shifts so the trucks didn't cool all the way down.
We filled the def tanks with the jugs,no place in town to buy it town yet, from a pump.
All the data went back to engineers in Michigan so we didn't know if changes were made in design or production or anything.
When I was driving for Black Gold, they had a heated connex to store def and got it in the totes.Later they bought a nice def dispensing station, about the size of a 30' connex, heated for winter, very nice.
At North Pole High School when it was very cold, they would let the kids that drove to school go out at lunchtime and start their vehicles, let them run 10 or 20 minutes.
Diesel is always #1 in winter in Alaska,no winter blend,,no gel problems for us.Albertaflatbed, Moosetek13 and Lonesome Thank this. -
Black Gold had 50 T 880's running 24/7 year round in severe conditions.
One def problem was the top seal on the tank leaked on a few of them, then def would get contaminated and truck would derate.I think KW sent them a different seal to try.
I saw other threads on here about the def tank seal problem.Moosetek13 Thanks this. -
It was fun working there,we had a variety of vehicles.A Jeep Cherokee I think was one,had a little diesel in it,ran great all winter,no problems.Had 2 Jeep Gladiators, totaled them both in moose collisions,(I was not the driver in those).
We tested the #### of them. -
Ummm,no.

Those drive tires aren't the best in fresh deep snow.Should have parked it for a day ,or half a day,and let the highway crews get some roads cleared.

Looks even worse during the daytime.
The way the grill guard was damaged the hood won’t open all the wayAttached Files:
